Why apply online?

Naturally we will gladly accept an application the old fashioned way...in person; if however you live out of the area or you just prefer doing business over the internet then you've come to the right web site!

Submitting your application through our web site is faster than filling out the application by hand and faxing it. Also it is easier for our credit department to look over a web site generated application since it is typed and very clear. A written or faxed application usually contains some illegible information which will delay our credit department from approving your application. Considering the shortage of rental housing in this area a delay in approving your application could cost you the apartment you were waiting for!
