Can a Resident Manager make a difference? Of course!!! All apartment buildings with 16 or more units are required to have a Resident Manager. What this translates into is that the "personality" of an apartment building generally is based upon the Resident Manager's preferences. If the Resident Manager cares about his living environment then your building will show it. |
